Hydration, Inside and Out

Water is the main component of cells and tissue, and is an essential nutrient for your body.  It’s also super important for skin, and recent scientific studies show that drinking more water has a positive effect on how it functions and looks.

From the inside

We’re told that we should drink between six and eight glasses a day, and more if exercising or it’s a hot day.  Little tips to keep your fluid levels up include filling a water bottle every morning, lunchtime and afternoon, or drinking a glass on the hour, every hour.  Need a little more taste?  Try adding sliced fruit, or a sprig of rosemary for a refreshing change.

Call to Action Image
"Water is the medium, the message, and the means. It is literally the mother of life". Albert Szent-Györgyi, Nobel Laureate (1893 - 1986).

And the outside

Don’t forget to hydrate your skin from the outside too.  Using a moisturiser, morning and evening can help to prevent your skin becoming dry, holding water on the outer layer of your skin.

Fuaraìn skincare is formulated with Deeside Mineral Water, clinically proven to increase cell hydration beyond that of other waters.
